Parent Leadership Training Institute
You are never “Just a Parent"!
The Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) is an initiative designed to help you become the advocate you've always dreamed of being!
Sacramento PLTI offers this FREE training to 20-25 parents or caregivers who want to make a difference in their community. Participants will learn the skills and receive the tools they need to become advocates for children, families, and communities. Participation will include a retreat, 20 workshops, and support to complete a community project that is important to you.
Participants are supported in making this commitment with:
- Free on-site childcare
- Free on-site meals for your whole family
- Transportation assistance as needed
Check out SacPLTI | Instagram, Facebook | Linktree to learn more about PLTI and see it in action at First 5 Sacramento Commission Meetings.
