Sac Family Connect (SFC) brings together more than 30 trusted community organizations across Sacramento County to make it easier for families to get the support they need. By working together under a shared agreement, these partners help connect parents and caregivers to home visiting and family support services—all in a way that uses funding wisely so more families can be served.
First 5 Sacramento serves as the backbone of Sac Family Connect, partnering with local organizations to improve coordination, reduce barriers, and create lasting, positive changes for families across the county. SFC It is also a website hub connecting parents to services and providers with training.
SFC Partners can use Connecting Families with Services to find and share referrals, helping ensure no family has to navigate support alone. Family support programs are a vital part of this caring network, working together to strengthen children, parents, and caregivers.
