First 5 Sacramento works with numerous community agencies that deliver direct services to children and families in high needs areas throughout Sacramento County. We work in partnership with our contractors to provide continuous wrap around services through inter agency collaboration and referrals. Funded partners meet quarterly with First 5 staff for general updates and community presentations. If you have a presentation idea or your organization would like to present, please send an email with the topic.
